How to Order Online

1. In Catering Menu page, select the caterogy
2. Enter the Quantity of the item you want to order
3. Select the server size next to quantity
4. Click on Add to Cart button
5. On Your Shopping Cart page, review your order. You can update or remove items here. Click on Update Quantity after you type new quantity
6. Order Information - select Order Type; Delivery or Pickup
7. Select Order Delivery Date - 2 days after the order placing date
8. Select Order Delivery Time; Lunch or Dinner
9. Click on Proceed to Check Out
10. Log in if you are not already log in. If you do not have an account with us yet, click on Create New Account below the login.
11. Order Summary page will show all the items, totals, delivery charge, etc.
12. Review your Contace Details information. Input Deliver Address and review the Date of Delivery and Time of Delivery
13. Read and agree to Catering Order Terms & Condition
14. The site will redirect to Paypal.com where you have to login and pay for the order.
15. Our catering will confirm your order via email once the order has been received.

Orders through the website can only be placed at least 2 days prior to its delivery or pick up. If you have an urgent catering order, call the restaurant stating that directly @ (212) 698-9008 or (212) 698-9007, and we will try to possibly accomodate your order.
Online Catering Orders are only finalized through PayPal Credit Card Payment only.

Or call Empanada Mama at (212) 698-9008 or (212) 698-9007 and ask to speak to the event coordinator, Gustavo (orders on the phone should be made at least 2 days prior to the event; exceptions can be made for certain cases, based on the availability of items). Catering Orders are only finalized after we receive a Credit Card number for confirmation of order.

Or order in person at our restaurant located at 763 9th Avenue between 51st street and 52nd street, New York, N.Y. (orders in person should be made at least 2 days prior to the event; exceptions can be made for certain cases, based on the availability of items). Upon request, changes can be made to our recipes in order to accommodate our customer’s needs. Some additions may result in a higher cost; and no price changes will occur upon removal of any ingredients.

* Only orders over 100.00 dollars can be placed directly through the website. For all other orders (under 100.00 dollars): call directly at the restaurant at (212) 698-9008 or (212) 698-9007.

* Note that clients will be charged a 10 percent service gratuity for Catering delivery orders over 100.00 dollars.

* Note that clients will be charged a 5 percent service gratuity for Catering pick up orders over 100.00 dollars.

* Our official regular delivery range is from 37th st to 67th st and Lexington Ave to 12th Ave. However, we can deliver anywhere in Manhattan and most of the times to the other 4 boroughs. Only please call us in advance and let us know if that’s your case before placing your order. Restrictions and extra charges will certainly be applied for some locations, especially in the 4 other boroughs.

* Most items will be arranged in non-returnable, disposable platters. We will provide all necessary condiments and utensils with each order at no extra cost. Costumers will be responsible for the cost of lost or damaged equipment provided by Empanada Mama – such as chafing dishes, lent by request only.

* We accept forms of payment other than credit card (cash, company check and house account) by request only on orders made by phone.

* Please provide 24 hours notice if you must cancel your order. Empanada Mama will try to cooperate with any changes or cancellations if possible. However, because our product is fresh and perishable, cancellations within 24 hours notice may incur a full charge.
